Privacy
Your information and this site.
This notice describes Living Statement's current site features and proposed operational retention schedule.

Living Statement is published by Sporteology Global Private Limited, 11, Olabibitala Lane, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal 711102, India. For privacy questions or requests, email info@sporteologyglobal.com.
Information you provide
If the contact form is enabled, it collects your name, email address, selected topic, and message so the publisher can respond. The contact form is not available until its delivery channel is configured. Contact records are stored in the site's MySQL database when available, with a server-side file fallback if database storage is unavailable; an email notification may also be sent through Brevo when configured.
If newsletter sign-up is enabled, it collects your email address, a fixed source label, the date of sign-up, and a version identifier for the consent wording shown beside the form. You must actively check the consent box. The address is sent to Brevo for subscription management and a local subscriber record is also saved when possible. Marketing emails should include the sender identity and an unsubscribe mechanism; use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact the publisher. Unsubscribe requests are processed through Brevo; contact the publisher if you also want local records deleted.
Partner-link records
Partner-click measurement is off by default and must be explicitly enabled in the site configuration. If enabled, the site records the offer slug, partner name, country code when supplied by the hosting edge (otherwise “unknown”), referring page origin and path, browser user-agent string, and time of the click. The application click record does not include your IP address. The site uses an IP-derived address temporarily in memory for basic request rate limiting, and the hosting provider may keep separate network or access logs. Click records are stored in MySQL or a server-side file fallback and can be viewed by authorized site administrators. After you leave for a partner site, that partner's privacy notice and practices apply.
Analytics and device storage
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are optional and remain disabled unless the publisher configures their identifiers and you enable the relevant category. Your category choices are stored in this browser's local storage for up to 180 days. Choosing “Reject optional” prevents the site from loading those scripts on later visits; it does not remove cookies already set by a third party. Use “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer to review or change your selection. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising measurement remains off. Read the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy for their practices. See the cookie notice.
Your privacy choices
You can reject optional technologies or enable analytics and advertising measurement separately in the privacy panel. The site honors a browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising measurement disabled. Rights and opt-out duties vary by jurisdiction and business applicability; contact the publisher at the address above with a privacy request. See the Cookie and Device Storage Notice for details.
Service providers and international processing
The site may use its web host, database host, and Brevo for the functions described above. Google or Meta will receive information through their optional analytics scripts only after consent. The precise production host, provider entities, and processing locations depend on the final configuration and must be listed before launch. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their terms and the publisher's arrangements with them.
Retention and requests
The app's retention policy removes contact messages after 365 days and raw partner-click logs after 90 days when the purge runs; click measurement is disabled unless explicitly enabled by the publisher. The publisher must configure and monitor the daily production purge. Newsletter consent evidence is kept while a subscription is active. Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop future messages. For access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, email the address above and identify the relevant email address or record. An authorized administrator can delete matching local contact and subscriber records and, when Brevo is configured, delete the matching Brevo contact. Deletion requests are handled under the law that applies; limited information may be retained where required to document and honor an opt-out or meet a legal obligation.
Children
Living Statement is general-audience home and décor content and is not designed for children. Do not submit a child's personal information through the forms.
This operational draft is not counsel-approved. Before launch, the publisher must confirm the production providers and locations, request-handling process, and applicable jurisdiction-specific rights and notices with qualified counsel. The configured retention schedule is 365 days for contact messages and 90 days for raw partner-click logs; active newsletter consent evidence is retained while subscribed. The hosting purge must be scheduled and monitored before production collection. Keep partner-click measurement disabled until counsel and the publisher approve its purpose and legal basis.
